day 21: oreo truffle stuffed cupcakes with cookies and cream frosting from my "recipes i need to try" board
these looked soooo good! and oh my gosh, they taste just as good!
cupcakes: i just used a golden vanilla cake mix prepared as on the box
truffles: 2/3 of a box of oreos crushed finely and 1/2 block of cream cheese (*make sure you freeze the truffles before you bake them in the cupcakes*)
frosting: 2 sticks of unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 6 cups of powdered sugar, 3/4 cup of crushed oreos

| combine oreos and cream cheese with your hands, roll into truffles, and freeze |
