Friday night a bunch of us went out to Margarita's, a great Northeast Mexican chain. Their food is AMAZING! I had chimichangas - have you ever had them before??? Basically, it's a huge tortilla stuffed with chicken and cheese, lightly fried, then put in the oven.
They gave out free mustaches :)
And there were plenty of margaritas, of course!
On Saturday, Mike and I played golf, but on our way home we stopped and bought Coronas [a Cinco MUST haha]. We played some lawn games, hung out in the backyard and made chicken enchiladas.
Roxy wanted to join in on the fun, and after about a half hour, she started staring at us like the photo below....
So we grabbed the ladder and I joined her!
Tailgate toss is always a must as well! And how can we not be outside when our flowers are so perfectly in bloom right now?!
