You are more beautiful than you think.

After Monday's decision and post, telling you all about my health goals, I thought this would be a great follow up.  Many of you might have seen this floating around the internet over the past week or so.

Sometimes it's just so hard to see ourselves the way others do, and this video definitely touched me.  I hope all you ladies out there will take three minutes out of your day to check it out.  

But before that, I would just like to say how unbelievably touched I am by all of your comments, well wishes, and encouragement since Monday.  I knew the blog world was fantastic, but I never thought I could have so many friends out there!  Thank you, thank you, thank you.
