Vacation Recap: West Palm Beach and Up The Coast

After we left Disney on Monday afternoon, Mike and I drove the two and a half hours to West Palm Beach to stay a couple of days with one of our friends.  We hung out with her, visited with my Florida colleagues, and played golf.

On Wednesday morning, we started our drive up the East Coast towards Jacksonville.  Overall, it was a 7 hour trip, but trust me, we took plenty of stops and detours to enjoy it: Waffle House, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Black Point Wildlife Drive [a 7-mile road through a wildlife preserve].
