Well, it's December 20th: if you've waited this long to shop, plan on paying more for shipping than the gift itself or spending all weekend in packed malls.  But wait! I have an alternative!  Make something homemade!  These recipes for cookies, bars, and even home decor will be sure to make your friends and family smile.  Here what I'll be giving to friends and family next week as well as putting in this year's world famous cookie tray:

My favorite on this list is definitely the cinnamon ornaments.   As you can see below, I'm been making them forever!
