White Chocolate, Cranberry, and Oatmeal Cookies
After last week's post on the "perfect" cookie, I'm so excited to share this recipe I created with you!
Recipe adapted from Ocean Spray.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter [softened]
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- One by one, add each egg, mixing in between each.
- Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture, mixing in between each bit.
- Place rounded tablespoons of batter on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes.

OMG these sound AWESOME! I need these like YESTERDAY!
I love this combination and I've made it before. The only problem is that craisins and white chocolate chips never last long enough in my house for me to MAKE cookies.
I love this combo!! I like the oatmeal part. When it comes to putting fruity stuff in cookies I feel like they have to be something other than just chocolate chip/regular. I'm not a fan of cranberry but in cookies it's all good. :)
