It's finally time to share our "Save the Date" magnets!! We mailed them out a couple of weeks ago, so hopefully they have even reached our international invitees by now. [If this is going to ruin your surprise - don't read on!!!]
First, here is the photo we used for the Save the Dates. Our photographer was amazing and our Save the Date session this fall was almost 3 hours long. She gave us 357 photos to choose from, and you can imagine how long it took to choose just one. We thought this photo perfectly displayed our happiness, our love [without being too mushy], and the fall theme of our September 2014 wedding!
We ordered the Save the Date magnets from Minted. They are an amazing company!!! We had the opportunity to choose from any style on their website and they customized it for us. We began with this Meadow Wedding Invitation theme, but also told them we wanted a photo and our wedding colors. Their designers went to town, giving me free customization, color matching, and proofs, and I am so happy with the results! We will also be matching wedding invitations, ceremony programs, place cards, dinner menus, and favor tags to this theme!
We also enclosed a little note with information on the hotel room block and our wedding website!
All ready to go out in the mail with our cute wedding-themed stamps!
Here is the finished product!!
If you are in the New England area, Carrie Draghi Photography does amazing work! I can't wait to share even more engagement photos next week, and I know she's going to do a fantastic job with our wedding!
And if that's not enough "Wedding Wednesday" for you, here are a couple of photos from the tasting we attended at our venue this weekend. Our cake baker, florist, and hotel were all there, along with samplings of many, many different hors d'oeuvres and meals!
Flowers and cake - the best parts!
Before that, we even got to visit my cousins again!
