This weekend, Mike’s
immediate family, aunts, uncles, cousins… 16 of us total, rented a cabin
together at Camp Calumet in Ossipee, New Hampshire. We played tons of cards, went hiking, played
broomball, and Mike and I even did a polar plunge (you can see what the lake
usually looks like this time of year here – from last year’s visit) just
because we could! The weather was great
and it was so nice to spend quality time with our family during what has become
an annual trip.
Today’s our last day up
North! On our way to do “Christmas” and
Christmas dinner with my parents, we got to meet this little cutie, James! Seriously, how sweet is he?! Now we’re doing some typical Rhode Island
hometown things before we head to the airport.
I swear he's yawning in the photo on the left, not crying or screaming ;)
And someone was NOT thrilled to get a Grumpy Cat for Christmas...
And the title, you ask? Well, this was our first trip to see family since being married, so there was no way I was going to be asked if (or have anyone assume that) I was pregnant... so anytime I was offered a glass of wine or beer, I took it: hence, the 12 days of drunk.

Haha twelve days of drunk! Brilliant. :)
haha! You could probably make a song out of that :)
Grumpy cat!!!!
Hahah, love it!
Haha I know my in-laws are always checking to see if I take an offer of wine (which of course I do!) and they look so disappointed. That yawning face is quite tempting, though! ;)
Looks like fun!
That sounds like so much fun and a great way to spend time with Family. Pass the wine! ;)
Haha, the title is awesome!!! I love that you all go on a family trip! Looks awesome!
