Hey everyone! Hope y'all had a good weekend. Linking up with Biana, Ashley, and Bella to share what we've been up to:
1 // Last week while I was working, two adorable ducklings came running towards my group of students. We looked all over for the mama duck but could not find her or any other ducks. I called a bunch of different wildlife groups to find one to ask about ducks and what to do with these babies. Finally, I found one that wanted to take them to their reserve, but they wouldn't be able to pick them up for a few hours, so I brought the babies home, and as you can see, they definitely thought Mike was their mom.
2 // On Saturday, we had our kickball team over for a sleeve-cutting/pool party. It's over 90 degrees at 9:00 at night when our games take place... no one has time for cotton sleeves. Lots of Kan Jam and pool time ensued.
3 // Saturday evening, we took a drive out to Edisto to finally explore Botany Bay. Can't wait to write more about this more and share some photos this week.
4 // Oh, the food. We made so many of my favorites this weekend: pasta salad for our Saturday pool party and definitely the best pinned recipe I have ever made - Korean Beef Bowl Sunday for dinner.
Lastly, I teamed up with a few ladies for a $75 PayPal giveaway! Who doesn't love free money? Wondering what to do with 75 extra dollars in your pocket? Check out some of Sarah's great ideas.

I've always wanted to get out to Botany Bay. And sorta wish you kept the ducks haha. TOO precious! See you tonight, friend ;)
Girl I hear ya on the not having time for cotton sleeves! I'm pretty much sleeveless from May-early October here (not that I'm complaining!), a sleeve cutting pool party sounds like so much fun. And how adorable are those little duckies! Too cute <3

Pasta salad is my ultimate summer food for the pool – so delicious! Crazy that it’s still that hot when your games take place – stay cool!
I have never been to Edisto. Looking forward to seeing your other pictures.
Aww the ducks are so cute! That's awesome that you found someone to take them and brought them home in the meantime! And your party looks like a lot of fun!
