This and That: Springtime Favorites

Spring is my favorite: the weather starts to warm up and we get to bust out all of those pretty spring colors and patterns.  But there are always those occasional chilly and rainy days when we still feel like wearing jackets and our favorite black pieces.  My friend Gillian has awesome series on her wedding blog called This + That, where she shares common themes and contrasting photos.

Her posts gave me the inspiration for this post and my outlook at fall this time of year: florals + dark colors and light layers + cozy warm clothes.  Here's what pieces and styles I've been lusting after as we start thinking about everything spring!

All of these are on my wish list, but I especially cannot even tell y'all how obsessed I am with the Keds and kate spade collaboration!  They have 14 colors, and, of course, the rose gold ones above are my absolute favorite, but I also love all the styles with the black ribbon laces.  Also, with baseball season approaching (hello spring training!), you know I had to include something to rep my team.  On rainy days, I love throwing a baseball cap on over a braid.  Lastly, I am so glad that off-the-shoulder looks and rompers are still in style - I love the floral combination above of the two.
