Green Bay...
1. Lambeau and Titletown: Like I said, Wisconsin (to me) means Lambeau Field and the Packers. When we were in Denver last year, we loved taking a tour of Mile High, and, unfortunately, we know that our baseball bucket list means we'll really never be in cities during football season, so this is the next best thing. To be honest, though, I'll take a tour in 70 degree weather over a game in -20 degree weather in Green Bay! After our tour, the guide suggested Titletown Brewing, and it did not disappoint. If you go, make sure you visit The Cannery fresh market right next door, too! Their cheese curds were amazing.
Down to Madison...
2. Capitol Building: This place is beautiful. Right in the center of the city, it's open daily to check out the stunning architecture and exhibits about the history of the state. While we were there, it was also the finish line for a city half marathon.
3. UW campus & the Terrace: Right down State Street from the Capitol is the UW campus. It was seriously beautiful to walk around, and right on the lake, there was even a student union called the Terrace that served pitchers of beer, food, and ice cream on the water. Everyone in the city goes there to hang out during the summer, and we played cards for a couple of hours. What a unique place for a college to have!
4. Summer festivals: Apparently Wisconsin is known for its festivals, and we were lucky enough to be in town for Brat Fest. The Budweiser Clydesdales were there, we ate our weight in beer and brats, and listened to music on three stages. I would love to go back for the Beer, Bacon, and Cheese Festival, Summer Fest, or Rock Fest!
5. State Street: Using Rocketmiles (FYI if you have an airline credit card, this is the BEST booking site - thousands of extra miles just for booking with them), we found a hotel right next door to the Capitol. We loved the Park Hotel, and it was the perfect location to walk everywhere. The bars and restaurants on State Street are great (fancy coffee at Michelangelo's and mac and cheese pizza at Ian's - yes!), and it's really the center of everything.

Your posts about my home state make me smile!
Mac and cheese pizza???? Be still, my pregnant heart! <3
I need that mac and cheese pizza - YUM! Your tour of Lambeau Field looked amazing! We have a thing to see as many baseball and football stadiums too. Our trick is to go in August where the NFL is doing pre-season games or in September when baseball is wrapping up but still in regular season and the NFL has officially started <3

Seriously what a fun trip!!!! I love your photos.
So much do comment on! Wisconsin is one of the few states I have never been too. And it's on my bucket list to accomplish by Sept. 2017. While I don't think it will happen :) I will live through your pictures. My question is about those cheese curds. Are they chips or actually chunks of cheese? Such a weird thing but I'm sure absolutely delicious. I mean, it's cheese, how could it not be :)
This past week was wet and rainy here as well but it looks like you got gorgeous weather in WI and got to explore so many fun places. The food looks amazing too!
Have a great weekend lady!

My husband is a partial owner of the Packers so Lambeau Field is on our bucket list!
Well we didn't make it up to Green Bay as the tickets were all sold out but we did the Dells, Madison and Milwaukee and some of the same similar stops I'll post about this week :)
