As I mentioned before, I was in Rhode Island earlier this month for my high school reunion. I grew up in a small beach town, and given any opportunity to go back, I take it. Living in South Carolina now, I appreciate the cool ocean breeze and mild(er) temperatures New England has to offer in the summertime. One of my favorite spots growing up was this little rocky piece of shoreline called Weekapaug. It's hidden away from all the tourists, and it has some of the most beautiful views. On our last morning in Rhode Island, we took a drive over there after breakfast with my best friend.
I have been wearing this dress non-stop this summer. PSA: It's actually on sale right now, and if you use code LABORDAY25 through today, all sale items are an additional 25% off! I fell in love with Escapada Living this spring after visiting their Signature Store with the Charleston Blog Society. I shared another piece from Escapada earlier this summer, and I am obsessed with their bright, colorful patterns. This Michaela dress in Sapphire Aegean Blue Mosaic was perfect for the summer, and I love fall color schemes of the same dress (looking at you, Clemson fans, for the Grape Orange Cayman pattern!). I'm not going to lie, I feel super trendy every time I wear it with the off-the-shoulder look and adorable tassels!
I paired this dress with a couple other local Charleston favorites: Nectar sunglasses and adorable pineapple stud earrings.
How was your Labor Day weekend?
